Here are some of the coaching packages I will be launching soon! While I'm still in training all these services are free of charge. I ask that all my clients at this stage are prepared to complete a quick pre session sign up form and a post session evaluation to contribute to my qualification.

 Taster Session 

Not sure if coaching is for you? Want to have an introductory session with no strings attached? Book in for a half an hour taster session to try it out. Expect to leave this session with a basic experience of the process and one or two quick action points to take away towards achieving one of your goals!

4 Sessions Starter Pack

If you have an idea of what you'd like to get to grips with in your life, then this might be the one for you! 4 sessions of 45 minutes each to really define 1 or 2 keys goals and set out an action plan towards achieving them. Sessions usually take place once a fortnight and we'll monitor your progress as you go. There will be homework exercises to complete after sessions 1, 2 and 3 in addition to your own actions.

Ongoing Coaching

You are full of plans, ambitions and are keen to move forward in lots of areas of your life - or maybe make one giant change? My Ongoing Coaching Package does not have a fixed number of sessions or defined regularity, we will be led by your needs. Expect to spend the first few sessions defining your goals; working out where your priorities lie and what order you would like to work on achieving them. Sessions may be as often as weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and would usually last 45 minutes.  Some will involve homework exercises as well as your own actions.

Group Coaching

For teams, colleagues or other groups to work on common goals, or explore individual priorities, within a workshop setting. Book a one off session or a series. Capacity up to 8 participants. Expect to try out coaching techniques and exercises more independently than in 121 coaching, with partner and group work as part of the session. You will come away with 1 or 2 goals, common or individual, identified and a few actions for each person in the group. Sessions last 60-90 minutes.
